As Pre-Construction Manager for WakeCo Inc, Anna oversees project bidding, documentation, sub-contractor relations, contractual agreements, and project estimating. Anna is an experienced and knowledgeable contract administrator adept at preparing contracts and estimates for both public and private sector construction projects.
She has worked with a variety of clients including school districts, municipalities, private-sector developers, and government agencies with contracts and bids exceeding $20 million.
She uses her strong interpersonal skills to work directly with project managers, architects, superintendents, and WakeCo's owner and founder Gavin Wakefield, to organize specifications, construction plans, and documents to ensure each project is completed on-schedule and on-budget. With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction field, Anna is an expert in client services, and both interpersonal and organizational relationships, and is responsible for numerous amounts of our finest projects to date.
