Lucy Testerman provides expert leadership skills that ensure the financial health of Wakeco. She provides direct oversight of human resources, leads risk management in her work with the corporate legal team, handles all financial aspects of CPA audits, manages the quarterly and annual budgeting process, and handles P&L responsibilities.
Additionally, Lucy manages every aspect of Human Resources for WakeCo. Lucy’s day-to-day oversight provides consistent direction to the team, In support of ownership’s operational vision, strategy, structure, and process.
She proactively monitors team performance and outcomes, to identify efficiency issues and propose positive solutions. Lucy’s experience, expertise, and training in these critical areas of operations assures WakeCo runs at maximum efficiency each and every day.
