Gavin has over 10 years of strong and diverse experience in the construction field, ranging from project management, project engineer to general contractor. During his career, Gavin was able to have managed multiple projects from estimating to completion, all on time and within budget.
He has much experience in leadership with business operations and implementing tactical and operational plans.
Specifically, Gavin has experience in leveraging broad competencies in operations management and relationship-building, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the company's growth and production.
