Prior to joining Wakeco, she served as a Regional Sales Assistant and Assistant Project Manager for a general contractor specializing in tenant improvement projects. For 11 years, she held a multifaceted position as Project Manager, Estimator, and Accounting Lead for a subcontractor, managing all phases of commercial construction projects.

She holds certifications in Project Management and Business Management and has contributed to leadership teams focused on operational efficiency and team development. Kim is known for her attention to detail, strong cross-functional communication, and consistent delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Along with her technical expertise, Kim brings a great sense of humor and positive energy to every team she joins, helping create a collaborative, upbeat work environment where people enjoy getting things done. She firmly believes every project can succeed with clear goals, open communication, and only minor negotiations with the office coffee machine.
