Provide MEP to new portable building from existing points of connections

Upgrades to an existing MPR. Adding refrigerator and freezer addition with connecting passage way to: Fire Alarm, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing mod. Install of (2) EV Charging pedestals for (4) EV charging stalls. Addition to MPR for new refrigeration.

Tenant Improvements to existing 1,595 SF. Media Room. Demolition of Existing openings, Finishes, Light Fixtures, and Partial Mechanical System. Updated finishes, A/V & I.T. Infastructure and Modifications to exisiting mechanical systems.

Remodel of School Building. Work performed: Demo, Wood Stud Framing, Suspended Ceiling System, ACT ceiling, Finishes, Door Hardware, Casework, HVAC, and Plumbing

Warehouse Tenant Improvements to the Child Nutritional Services & Redlands Unified School District Central Kitchen. The project involves the conversion of an existing warehouse wood building into a large cooler and freezer facility. Civial /Architectual/ Food Service Equipment.

Modify the site utilites for points of connection and installation of the platform and seismic anchor points as required for the successful deployment of operation of a SPD outside ARMC. This unique healthcare-support project required the technical coordination and General Contracting precision WakeCo is known for.

New prefabricated restroom with septic, shade structure, concrete raised seating and site work. WakeCo applied expert Construction Management to balance environmental preservation with structural requirements for this nature center.

(1) new 30′ x 80′ classroom building. New Access 12′ x 40′ Relo. restroom building and various site upgrades. WakeCo provided specialized General Contracting for this agricultural facility, ensuring all educational and structural specifications were met.

Remodel of approximately 11,590SF within an existing 167,735 SF partial two-story facility. Remodeled area is within7 separate areas within the building, completed in 4 phases. This high-security tenant improvement was made possible through detailed Pre-Construction planning and rigorous project oversight.
